Dangerous Radon Levels in Streetsboro, OH

We have seen many new homes in Streetsboro, OH that test high for radon. So we really work on educating those communities on the health risks they may be exposed to.

This job was for the real estate sale of a condo. This meant that we had to adhere to the local HOA as well as ensuring that we finish the install before the closing date. These are both things that we work closely with our customers with to ensure a smooth process.

The way the house was laid out, the only way to get outside to vent our system was to first go into the garage and then go from there. Anytime we drill through the garage walls, we use either fire collars or caulk, this is because the walls are fire blocks, which helps to stop a fire in the garage spreading to other parts of the home and we want to make sure they are sealed back up with the correct material. Then from there we were able to come out near the AC on the backside of the garage. Our design kept the system tucked away and out of sight. The levels were also reduced to an acceptable level for the real estate sale.
