Radon Mitigation Before & After Photos

Here we installed an exterior radon mitigation during a real estate sale!

A sump lid we sealed in Kent, OH

This homeowner had an existing system which wasn't bringing his radon levels down low enough. The previous installer also did not extend the exhaust point above the roofline.

To alleviate these issues, we installed a higher airflow fan to reduce the radon levels further. As well as extended the pipe above the roofline, so now it meets the radon standards and code.

This crawlspace was incredibly uneven and had debris all throughout. This transformation was amazing to see!
